I'm Michael. I fix things around the house for my neighbors in St. Charles and the surrounding area.

I'm a one-man handyman business — when you call 636.312.5700, you get me. I answer personally, I show up on time, and I don't leave until the work is done right. One job a day, four days a week. That's how I keep every job getting my full attention.

What I Do

The jobs I'm great at — the ones I do every week:

  • Electrical fixes — outlets, switches, ceiling fans, light fixtures, dimmers, smoke detectors. (I'm fully insured but not a licensed electrician — I stick to the residential work I can do safely and well.)

  • TV mounting — any size, any wall, cables hidden, done right.

  • Mounting & assembly — shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, furniture, and all that flat-pack stuff.

  • Fix-it repairs — doors, cabinets, hardware, garbage disposals, and the rest of the honey-do list.

  • Senior safety — grab bars, handrails, lighting that helps older folks stay safe at home.

  • Appliance repair — washers, dryers, and dishwashers. Text me a photo and the model number, and I'll give you a straight answer on whether it's worth fixing.

What I Don't Do

I'll be upfront: I don't do drywall, painting, flooring, roofing, gutters, siding, or concrete. And I don't remove or reseat toilets — that's excluded under my business insurance. For those jobs, I'll point you to someone good.

My Family — My Helpers

In the summer, my kids sometimes join me on jobs. A few years back, we tackled a full apartment refresh together over two weeks while they were off school. Working alongside them is one of my favorite parts of running a local business. They might take over and grow this thing someday—for now, keeping it small and personal is exactly how I like it.
